   The apartment has 3 bedrooms (all beds can be adjusted to king size beds or 2 single beds upon request),

double closets, independent VrV air condition system, 32’’ flat screen satellite TV and double glazing balcony

doors entering a 2 small but sunny balconies.

   The living room has as well a satellite 50’’ TV, same independent air condition unit and big dining table for 6-8 persons.

   The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of space for cooking any kind of meal of the day. Washing machine with dryer capabilities, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, sandwich toaster and microwave.

   The bathroom have two shower columns, easy access also for elderly ages, with rain shower capabilities and 3 jets for soft hydro-massage.
